These terms and conditions govern your use of the Private AI Day website and services provided by Digital Signet Ltd ("we", "us", "our").

Booking: Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement for invoiced clients.

Pricing: All prices are quoted in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate for UK clients.

Payment: Payment is due in full before the workshop date unless alternative arrangements have been agreed in writing.

Software: The AI system uses open-source software. You receive the right to use this software according to their respective licences (typically MIT, Apache 2.0, or similar permissive licences).

Materials: Workshop materials (guides, documentation) are provided for your personal/business use and may not be redistributed or resold.

Your data: Any documents you index during the workshop remain entirely yours. We do not access, copy, or retain your documents.

The encrypted SSD provided becomes your property upon completion of the workshop. We provide no warranty on the hardware beyond the manufacturer's warranty (typically 3-5 years).

Post-workshop support is provided via email during UK business hours (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm). Support covers:
